Day 7 @TeamYouTube (going to keep posting until I get a HUMAN review) Iāve been really trying to be as patient and positive with this whole matter as I can be. Your misleading family content policy is labeled as āContent that targets young minors and familiesā. My content again has never been directed at a younger audience and that is clearly shown below through my analytics. Around 88% of my audience is above the age of 17 l, and almost 50% of that audience reside between the 25-34 age range. I use anime, cartoons, and other forms of fiction in my videos yes but that DOES NOT mean by any stretch that Iām targeting a younger audience in a deceptive manner.
I was told via email that my content has been thoroughly reviewed. If that was the case then this situation wouldāve been reversed because I am not violating any of the guidelines. I have been making the same type of content on this platform for years, and I love doing so so please just get me in touch with a human. It is not fair to me or the other creators to keep receiving identical emails to each other.
@YouTube@YouTubeCreators@nealmohan
Appreciate it brotha right back at youšš½. The appeal process has been very wishy washy for a bunch of us so If you end up having to cover the topic on the channel to bring attention to it. I got ab 4-5 other channels I can send whoāre also going through the same shit if you need examples. Just lmk and good luck šš½šš½
This exact same thing happened to my channel in early August and @julzdot channel as well. Iāve been demonetized since then and have been faced with YouTubeās AI auto denials repeatedly despite requesting a manual human review to clear the obviously false āMisleading Family Contentā claim. Hopefully this can get fixed for all creators sooner rather than lateršš½
Youtubes AI decided to completely demonetize my main channel for "misleading family content". My videos have never been put as "made for kids" nor do I advertise my channel as such. I've seen this happen with animation channels before, but I literally SHOW MY FACE in my videos. I've had my channel for over 9 years and I've rarely even had age restrictions or videos taken down.
What's odd about this is I've even had partner managers in the past I've communicated with. I've met partner managers IN REAL LIFE at creator cons and events. My channel clearly does not advertise to young minors intentionally or unintentionally for "sexual content or violence" like wtfš?
I am asking youtube to please have a Human Reviewer check this clear false demonetization @TeamYouTube@YouTubeCreators@YouTube

@YouTube@YouTubeCreators@nealmohan
So YouTubeās Al has decided to completely demonetize my whole channel saying it's no longer eligible for monetization because I post "Misleading Family Content" which is completely wrong.
I've seen this happen with other content creators who react, commentate, and even do animations themselves and there was a good portion that were able to get their monetization back and Iām asking for the same. @TeamYouTube PLEASE stop ignoring me and get a human reviewer on this immediately https://t.co/YOmG23wb68
Since @TeamYouTube wont give me back my monetization, I'm gonna explain why my channel is not "misleading family content"
This is directly from YouTube's Policies (will attach photos):
"Content that targets young minors and families"
By definition my content does not fit the description of "misleading family content" because it just simply does not target young minors. I have battle videos with creatures, dinosaurs and other fictional monsters that are too mature for kids to watch.
68% of my audience is aged 25 - 44 year old according to my analytics on YouTube Studio. How does that mean that my channel targets children?
"family friendly cartoons that target young minors"
Not only are the cartoons not family friendly, because they are all based on movie monsters and kaijus. But also once again, they dont target young minors.
"make sure your titles, descriptions, and tags match the audience you're targeting"
My titles include the names of the monsters and creatures and have a "VS" and "Animation Battle" in them, since they are battle videos. My descriptions are just my socials, and my tags include the monsters and creatures from the video.
None of these things target young minors!!!!
The Examples (second photo):
The only example that applies in my case is the last one, since my channel does not feature any minors.
"video contains tags "for children"" or "audience is set to "Yes its made for kids""
Once again, my channel never contained any "for children" tags and ALL of my videos are set "no its not made for kids"
I just proved for the 10th time that my channel does not violate the "missleading family content"
@TeamYouTube PLEASE!!!
A few animators have been getting their monetization restored.
Reinstate mine as well, and not just mine, but all others that are stil struggling to get theirs back!

After an entire week of being falsely banned for āassociationā YouTube FINALLY did nothingā¦
The original channel was unbanned and my account was never looked into after being demonetized by ai
I was basically ignored the whole time and never got a human manual review but at least Iām back igz
I donāt mean to complain but other creators are still falsely banned and YouTube needs to be better
I got news today someone at youtube FINALLY HAS PROPERLY REVIEWED MY CHANNEL and ive GOTTEN REMONETIZED at 4:14 am thank you again for everything, hyping the video up to #6 on the leaderboard, coming over to support on twitter and telling me to keep my head up. Genuinely was losing it but im glad i got this resolved.
There are still many other channels that are hit with this āMISLEADING FAMILY CONTENTā AI False-Postives so i will be linking them here hopefully this post can reach youtube again and they can get there channels back along with this two other creators have gotten remonetized since ive posted my latest video you can check the description for the updates. @TeamYouTube

Day 6 @TeamYouTube (going to keep posting until I get a HUMAN review) Iāve been trying to be patient through this process, but have been receiving automated email after automated email. My YouTube channel @Julzdot is still wrongfully demonetized for āMisleading family contentā. Under COPPA Iām legally obligated to state whether or not my videos are intended for a younger audience which I have stated they ARE NOT time and time again for the last 4 years. Nothing about my content is catered or aimed at families or children, and if I could please get a human being to take a look they would see that is true.
It is stated in YouTubes policy that a ākidā is considered someone under the age of 13. As shown below my MAIN demographic is between the ages of 25-34 and the second highest being between 18-24. If my content was attracting minors as well as families surely those numbers would look a bit different. Again this is a mistake that has been effecting many creators. One of them being @Codenamesuper who thankfully got his issue resolved earlier this morning after consistently having to reach out to you guys for 11 days straight. The ability for creators to communicate with an actual representative should not be this difficult. We shouldnāt be aimlessly going back and forth with AI that isnāt even able to meaningfully review our content and differentiate between whatās right and wrong. Please help @YouTube@YouTubeCreators

We are not just YouTube channels, we are humans.
I have one message toĀ @TeamYouTube ,
You have no idea how much you have harmed the creators on your channelĀ whether through channel removals, demonetization, incorrect classifications, or appeals that leave creators feeling unheard.
Creators goĀ to sleep wondering how they will pay their bills after suddenly losing their income. TheyĀ spent weeks or months waiting, hoping that someone will finally take a real look at their case. They watch their livelihood disappear because of a decision they believe is completely wrong.
And how many creators are still holding onto hope that someone at YouTube will actually listen to them?
Please consider the mental exhaustion that the creators are facing while dealing with this issue.
I have been asking for a genuine human review of my case since July 23rd.
50 days.
My ~200K-subscriber channel, which I have been building for 7 years, was demonetized for āMisleading Family Content.ā
I appealed. My appeal was rejected. I contacted Creator Support. I explained my situation again and again.
I provided an appeal videoĀ specifically explaining why my channel does not fall under this classification.
I asked them to actually watch it. I escalated my case to a manager. And yet I continued receiving the same response:
āReapply after 90 days.ā
But what about the actual issue?
What about the classification I am disputing?
What about the appeal video I created specifically to explain my case?
What about having someone actually look at the content and understand its context?
This is not simply about losing monetization.
Behind this channel are 7 years of work, thousands of hours of effort, an audience of around 200,000 people, and a livelihood.
I am not asking YouTube to ignore its policies.
I am not asking YouTube to give me special treatment.
I am not asking YouTube to allow violations.
I am asking for a fair review.
I am asking for a transparent review.
I am asking for a genuine human being to look at the evidence when I believe a serious decision has been made incorrectly.
We understand that automated systems are necessary to manage a platform as enormous as YouTube.
But automated systems cannot always understand context.
Animation does not automatically mean content is intended for children.
A fictional character does not automatically make a channel āfamily content.ā
And when an automated system or policy classification can take away someone's livelihood, there needs to be a meaningful way for that creator to say:
āPlease look at my case again.ā
Creators should not have to spend weeks fighting automated responses just to get someone to understand what they are actually saying.
I have already explained my case.
I have already appealed.
I have already provided the video.
I have already spoken to support.
I have already escalated to a manager.
All I am asking is that someone watches the appeal video and genuinely considers what I have explained.
I have experienced this before. A previous issue was eventually resolved after a genuine manual review, and my channel was re-monetized.
That is why I continue to ask.
Not because I want special treatment.
But because I know that a genuine review can make the difference between an incorrect decision and a fair one.
Behind every channel, there is a human being.
A human being who spends hours creating.
A human being who invests money, time and energy into their work.
A human being who builds relationships with their audience.
A human being who may depend on that channel to support themselves and their family. When YouTube takes action against a channel, it isn't simply changing something on a screen. It can change someone's life.
So please, @TeamYouTube:
Don't just tell me to wait 90 days.
Don't send me another automated response.
Please watch my appeal video.
Please look at my channel.
Please let someone who understands the policy and the context actually review my case.
I don't want a fight with YouTube, but I want to continue creating on YouTube. I simply want to know that when something goes seriously wrong, there is still a human being on the other side who is willing to listen.
Behind every channel, there is a human being. And that human being deserves to be heard.

Your creators this isnāt right
I donāt understand how or why you arenāt responding or giving me a manual review @TeamYouTube@YouTube#YouTube #weirdos
Since YouTube clearly has ZERO intention on fixing this issue the best I can do is drop a Vid explaining my situation and leave it up to GOD manš (if u can pls go hype ts)
