@Lowes My refrigerator was delivered with minor manufacturer defects. Notified the store within 48 hours and got repaired scheduled but the tech told me it’s not repairable. The replacement unit has same issue. Anyone can reach out to me and solve this issue for good?

I have taken half day off from work 3 times wait for deliveries; drove to store to report issues every time. I was told someone will contact me within 24 hours but no calls. I had to call customer care and was redirected 3 times on a hourlong call, no solution. Wasted 10 hours.

@24hourfitness Associates told us it is controlled by Headquarters in California. They have no way to change the A/C setting. Got the same answers from East Plano, Fairview, and Castle Hills Club in Texas.

@24hourfitness The AC in classrooms shutdown right after scheduled classes. It’s 105 outside makes the room steamy hot. And we were told it is controlled by Headquarter in LA? How does this make sense?

@TXWorkforce Is the call center really working or still under maintenance? I finally got through the language option and press option 3 then i heard strong noice like someone was using electronic drill. The noice repeated twice then the call was cut off.

@TXWorkforce I have tried hundreds times in past weeks. The call always be cut off after the language option. Is there really a person to take a call?
