@drgizmonium@HabsLaughs Kicked it « probably »? No. Deflected? Yes. Allowed? Yes.
4-on-4? 100% yes. So the goal doesn’t happen off the faceoff.
Btw every puck can be « free » if you shove half your stick in the goalie’s pads with strenght after the whistle.
Come on bro, think hockey and not Sabres.
@winger58@RiseFromTheAshZ Omfg thank you, finally someone who understands JUST HOCKEY, no matter the teams involved.
As a Habs fan, I am more surprised than happy we got that one. You guys gave a really good fight, the Sabres are a real menace and will be for the years to come 100%
@TickMagnet12345@SneakyJoeSports You can argue and complain all you want, but if you watched hockey for longer than this season, you would know this would be a no-goal 100/100 times, no matter who the teams involved were.
If we had that and the call was good, you would’ve stormed Mtl with pitchforks and torches
@TickMagnet12345@SneakyJoeSports Bro I can’t understand why you guys think it was a potential goal.
Shot in the pads, dobs saves it between the pads. Whistle blown because puck it DEFINITELY under the pads, Greenway wacks his stick in Dobs pads after whistle.
Relax btw, it was just a typo.
@Cns920 They didn’t want to go after him too hard to draw a pp for the Sabres.
If the ref called the shot on the goalie (like he should’ve), this would’ve been a different story
@TickMagnet12345@SneakyJoeSports You gotta be fucking bling to not see the puck move until the sabres player SPEARS in the goalie’s pads to get it out.
No quick whistle, no reff bias, just a ref with eyes and a brain for once in this series.
@TGM_1989@DuaneS39 OK I'll make it simple :
Skate at an angle and moving (NOT TOWARDS THE NET, JUST IN GENERAL).
Puck hits the skate, being redirected towards the goal. Impact makes the skate jiggle (YOU KNOW, SHOT-PASS PUCK MOMENTUM ON A FUCKING SKATE).
Puck ends up in goal.
My pleasure !
@BuffaloHeyHey@BrianWGR Bro the stick barely touched his BACK. I'm a Habs fan but I have no trouble calling us out on hits every time we fuck up.
That's just insane on your part 😅
@sciort12@MLarkinHockey In my opinion, the puck struck his foot, making it move in the 1st place. I don't see his skate move towards the goal before contact.
Tuff call but even if teams were reversed, i'd not be confident enough to call the kicking motion.

@BenAllenSEO@BoltsBreakdown I agree. They make that call on Thompson but realise they messed up so they let 3-4 clear high sticks go uncalled. Krabby patties for brains 100%
@BoltsBreakdown It was different vs Tampa for sure, it was just clear cheap shots on both side and blind refs. This time (tonight), it was more soft calls and catch-up reffing later on.
Definitely not a fan, either way it goes.
@bigbird3420@BoltsBreakdown I get it but thompson’s 2 on Ghule and his interference call were a bit soft. It’s make-up reffing and that is the worst, no matter who it benefits.
I would’ve understood the no-goal on the glove tip, but not on the call they made.
Then, 3-4 high sticks not called. Despicable.
@WGR550_Patron They gave a 4 on Bolduc being literally punched and shoved on the goalie and what could have been a 4 on Dobes, the same as a high stick.
Turn your tv on next time, it helps
@BoltsJolts Dobes played like a fucking maniac tonight, crazy that we got the dub ngl. GGs Tampa for one of the most entertaining round 1 series I’ve seen in a long time! 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
