@rythimzy@TheFrenzyMan If I'm replaying a game I don't really care for the story a second time. Slow parts that ruin the pacing and feel like a chore the second time around ruin the replay value. Have it be side content or expect people to only ever play through it once.
@AezonVirtuous Of all of the complaints to have about RE0, that is probably one of the weirdest I've seen. You aren't even forced to use tank controls in the modern versions(IDK about GC). If this was about flying/off-screen enemies being impossible to track then I'd at least understand.
@Ekruteak@linkkling I got mobbed by three peasants with long sticks and lost. It's a great game but fighting multiple enemies makes it feel like you're actually fighting the camera rather than the people in front of you.
@Chickenfuturee@HeroOfKVcache You really have to see a side-by-side comparison to get a good idea of what's wrong. The inside is fine but on the outside there's too much of a height disparity on the details to seem as massive as the original. At that distance and scale it should appear smoother.
@Horriblesghost@jettelly Yeah, that seems like the obvious solution. Give the player a reason to run towards the action or use reflections to show things happening behind the player. You could even have your character running towards the screen to show you what you're running from.
@aQuiteQuietNerd@Pirat_Nation AI assets just look worse in a way that takes you out of a game. Same with the voices. The coding also tends to leave the game buggy/broken because the developer doesn't have the skills necessary to fix the AI code. Maybe in five years it won't be bad but right now it is.
@ZeraTheIllust29@HariSel57511397 And then when the sword gets pulled away he DOES NOT STOP and starts punching the barbarian after breaking his axe with his hands. Games need to focus on making you feel more like this knight than the three underdogs that need to team up to defeat him.
@Pirat_Nation There are high quality alternatives to Adobe that cost a fraction of the price or are free. While Adobe had a decent product they've priced themselves out of so many markets that it's impossible for them to sell enough subscriptions to keep up with past revenue.
@TheMetzMan@justnyxs Yeah, I liked what I played of the first game but this just looks really bad. The random emote(?) 45 seconds in didn't help and at no point did it actually seem like the monster was attacking her. At 1:01 it starts attacking the air when it's far away from her.
@theSuperSuchi@FreakyFootFight@MagicMushMM Isn't the Switch at least as powerful as the PS3? You're right either way but I think that makes it more bizarre that people would think the Switch couldn't handle a game that the PS3 could without a problem.
@PrintedRiffs@reprinted3D I do this not because I'm afraid they'll clone my voice but because it won't trigger the bot to start its dialogue. People that have business with you will talk even if they don't hear your voice when they realize that you've picked up the phone.
@neal53154@thesigshooter@jayplemons The people they elected put the police chief in place. The police chief controls the force in a way that's violating others' rights. This will get the people to vote for someone that runs on a platform to dismantle the current police force. It's slow but (theoretically) works.
