@flipkartsupport 1. I have been on call 3-4 times for about 30mins/call with your Customer service. They said they CAN'T do ANYTHING, there is no way to raise a complaint or have a solution to this.

Not ONE document available (order details or invoice) where they say Rs 2000 was deducted. I demanded proof and now they are harassing my friend.

I have another example where he did not purchase pass but still got the lowest price on 23rd and those who purchased pass the amount was not deducted which means we spent 2000 extra. Next time don't fall to #flipkartscam flipkart gimmick of "pre-reserve pass".

Mail from Flipkart says price will be deducted from final price. It didn't. They claim I already got discount while my friend too got same discount (no 2000rs minused anywhere). Customer care on 23Sept 12:51 pm said when doing payment it will cut but that was a lie.

This was their mail where they said 2000 rs will be deducted from the final price. Customer care executive at 12:51 pm on 23Sept told me first do the payment and then it will deduct. But it didn't.

@kri35141 The issue got resolved by flipkart. I bought the phone at 38108rs - 1500 icici, however haven't received my 2000 rs cashback of the pre-reserve pass which flipkart @flipkartsupport has taken the complaint

Mail shows Guarantees you inventory. But it's out of stock. When it was available it was 55,999 and when added to cart and went for payment, the pass did not work, no 2000rs was deducted from price. @Flipkart @flipkartsupport #FlipkartBigBillionDays #flipkartscam
