You pay tax when you earn your money. You pay stamp duty and registration charges when you spend that already-taxed money on property. Then the bank charges you for transferring the money if you use UPI. And if you withdraw your own money from an ATM beyond the free limit, you are charged for accessing it. By the time you're done, everyone seems to have made money from your money except you.
