@n_th_n_ Yes sorry, I meant check w/ AO (bc we’re also checking w them about whether they’ll honor the OYFD in this situ) - but yes, sounds like people will lose c8 EAD eligibility w/ dismissal. Requesting a long continuance or placement on the status docket might be a good alternative
