@bt_uk They’ve spent hours and hours doing that and even your team say it’s a complete mess and a shambles. It’s a disgrace, being the worst, most stressful aspect of moving house. How can you be proud of that as a business and service?

@bt_uk you made my 84yr old parents wait 2wks for an engineer to install WiFi & when he came he told them he couldn’t help & they needed super fast broadband & left. Over the phone you then said ‘there’s none in your area, what a mess we’ve made’ & now it’s another 2wks to wait.

@bt_uk you persuaded my 84yr old parents to move over to you from @EE as ‘you’re the same company’ & their service was SO shocking yet @EE are determined to still charge them even though they have no WiFi & even discussing penalties for moving to you @bt_uk .
