I think I’m seeing some slight confusion here:

PopCrave below is referring to the executive order LBJ signed in 1965, which prohibits discrimination by federal contractors

It is not the same thing as the Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1972, a federal law (and I think how people are understanding the post below)
