Sources: #Lions Pro Bowl and All-Pro center Frank Ragnow suffered a partially torn pec, making him week-to-week. A brutal reality for one of the NFL’s toughest players, who injured it very early in the game. But the belief is it’s not season-ending and he could be back soon.

@Austen It might be crazier that it set a bunch of standards across the internet for what a rev share model should look like.

Lions announced they are inducting 2021 Pro Football Hall of Fame WR Calvin Johnson Jr. into the Pride of the Lions during halftime of their Monday night Sept. 30 game vs. the Seattle Seahawks.

@thesamparr I would get the LG G3 77”. Its screen is 10x better than the Samsung Frame TV and it mounts flush to the wall.

I’ll pick the winners in 72 hours

If more people understood the sheer magnitude of incompetence that exists in the world (including and especially in positions of power and consequence) there would be a whole lot less imposter syndrome.

@_phil_thompson You Tommy

@dvassallo If you decided on shingles, check out Nucedar. It’s a composite product that we just put on our house and would work great in the PNW.

One thing you might hate about working with me but I’ll probably never change is I gotta know the details.

I’m gonna peek at almost every doc, memorize impt data points, comment all up in ya figma, read the repo every now and then, emoji react 👀 a bunch of slacks.

@shreyas True Search and Riveria Partners are really good for Director+ roles.

[Justin Dilley @JustDilley]

@shreyas Like most things they’re best used as a guide (not gospel) for 1:1 conversations, growth plans, and performance reviews.

One thing that can help is a specific “anti-patterns” section that clearly lays out behaviors that will prevent you from making it to the next ladder/level.
