What if Opendoor built a secondary market for home inspections? When a buyer's contract falls through post-inspection, that report just gets tossed today. The exact moment it's orphaned — could re-license it to the next buyer at a discount, charge a small refresh fee, and speed up resale instead of eating another 5-10 day delay.
The potential buyer can recoup fees….would disrupt the inspection business with less unneeded duplicate inspections
