@Deliveroo @JustEatUK are doing this every day. Food turns up cold everytime. I stopped using them.

This is totally unacceptable!! Food arrived on time but was stone cold. Yet no refund. Been a long time customer. Thanks a lot @JustEatUK . I spend a lot with Justeat and pay a premium for delivery and the food being hot. Terrible service. Had no such issues with Deliveroo.
