As the world becomes darker, hope becomes more important.
Hope in kindness
Hope in the golden rule
Hope for a better tomorrow
Hope inspires actions. You don't need to change the world, one act of kindness is all it takes to inspire hope in one who will.
@cherryrevivals If you romance Ashley and Kaiden in ME1, it becomes one of the most interesting story threads through the trilogy with a great payoff in the third.
@Syntex3666@ClawsFurHire I mean that is just any show with fantastical elements, you have people able to push boulders by breathing good and chanting, you have people able to have Xray Vision, etc.
That's just the suspension of disbelief that just comes standard in any anime.
@Syntex3666@ClawsFurHire I sorta feel complex = automatically good to people nowadays.
Muzan is an excellent antagonist but not much to stand as a character by himself. Main motive is to be immortal out of spite for being terminally ill before becoming a demon. That’s perfectly fine for a motive imo.
@ClawsFurHire Muzan is a simple character with a bit of depth but the same could be said for Demon Slayer as a whole.
They’re both still really good in what they set out to do.
@Kai_chan000@TrickyMsp@ClawsFurHire I only watched what was aired on Adult Swim back in the day, but I read he was being used/possessed by the McGuffin Jewel so does that count?
@thecasualsunny My favorite part is that they utilized the Ice Spirit Retcon where she wasn’t originally listed as a fairy in EoSD.
@richard_effendi did a really cool thread about it when talking about the theme with fairy names.
@Burrow_Szn_@PatrickCFoulke The things he’s “right” about are vague statements that can later be attached to a lot of possibilities or just logical conclusions.
Ben Baby said it best, it’s easy to be right when there’s no risk of being wrong.
