@SF_England 😂 I just dialed the number you gave 0300 100 060 and it’s says I’ve dialed a wrong number! Am I in an episode of the Thick of It? Can you please put me in touch with anybody who can give correct information and actually solve a simple problem of resetting a password.

@SF_England all because you don’t she. Robust systems in place not trained staff. Password resets are done online not by calling a main phone number. Please give me a proper email contact to an IT person who can solve my problem

@SF_England Hi Clare - really? Here is the email link I was sent showing you get flagged for unsafe Webb site and then the phone number im given online to call to reset my password. So there is more than one phone number, and that phone number does not do what you claim.

@SF_England I’ve done that. Precisely my point. Can’t reset password online, so have to phone a helpline that cannot help. The lady wanted my sons details even though I explained numerous times it’s a password reset. The wait times is 25 Minutes to speak to someone who CANNOT help.

@SLCComms who on earth trained your staff? That aside the lady shouldn’t have even been taking the call if you had a robust basic service to send password resets via emails and not ask people to call? Your link in email is flagged as unsafe also. Pretty shambolic

So, I need someone to reset my password but you have zero resources online to help - tu just put me in a loop of doom. I’ve even supplied my national insurance number and still you ask me to call but have no help once call is made

@SLCComms I’ve just had the worst call experience for a long time. As a parent who needs to reset a password. Your systems say call an 0300 number; the 25 minutes wait was greeted with someone who cannot spell Edward. And who asked me to supply my sons secret phrase!!

@SF_England truly awful experience with cal centre trying to get my password reset as a parent supporting an application. Asked to call 0300 number and impossible to reset without knowing my Sons secret password!! The fact I was even asked to supply it is a breach of security.

Still waiting for answers from Watch expert & seller 1 month after auction closed. @Catawiki selling Rolex that isn’t correct that has been passed by expert as authentic is not good. support said I should cancel order and pay fees!! Really poor all round.
