@MTN180@MTNNG
Today makes it exactly 3 weeks and my routers are yet to work. No positive feedback. Nothing!
You guys have definitely stretched and suffered my business to the limits. See you all on the streets of Twitter and in your offices.
@MTN180@MTNNG
My router is still not working. All I've gotten is escalation tickets without actual resolution. It's been more than 20 days & counting. Are you saying all the routers installed from 3 weeks ago have not been working? Pls refund my money and take your router's.
It's been more than 72 hrs my mtn fibrenet was installed and it's still yet to be activated. I probably made a mistake with this internet option. I do not even know if the technician fixed it correctly. @MTNNG@MTNNG what's happening?
Today makes it exactly two weeks yet mtn is yet to activate 2 firbrex routers they came to install. Stalling my business and sending me multiple escalation tickets without actual resolution. @MTNNG@MtnSupport_@_MtnSupport@MTN180
What exactly is the problem. Come and explain.

@MTNNG it's been 1 whole week and a day after my fibrenet installation and it's yet to be activated from your end?
Please explain to me like a 5 year old why it takes a whooping 7 days for activation to take place. 2 freaking routers!
You guys keep sending escalation tickets
