Just finished the 1st week of the Young African Public Leadership Program with inspiring young leaders from across East Africa. We had honest conversations about Public Narrative, Why Me? Why Us? Why Now? and unpacked how political systems shape our societies.
I congratulate Dr. Maryan Qasim, Mohamed Harun Bihi, and Fadumo Abdiqani Yusuf on their election to the Independent National Human Rights Commission. This is a proud day for Somalia. I urge the Commission to serve our people with integrity, justice, and efficiency.
