BREAKING NEWS: In light of the ICO decision which said the cost of Safeguarding Reviews should be released, the Worcestershire Safeguarding Adults Board has revealed it cost the taxpayer £11,669.09 to review 5 rough sleeper deaths and one near miss between 2016-2019.

Today, the #JusticeForCardon Campaign was proud to see the Safeguarding Adults Review (SAR) into Rough Sleepers in Worcestershire mentioned at the @worcscc Health & Wellbeing Board.

We fought for over 3 years to get the Review.

Today our CEO started our Satellite Hub work in Worcester over a socially distanced lunch talking about how services in Worcester can become a system which supports people who are homeless, at risk of being homeless & vulnerable.

We are #RespondingToHomelessness.

EXPLOSIVE NEW EVIDENCE: It turns out @myworcester City Council knew Cardon in 2004 & 2005 because he applied for housing benefit to stay at the now-closed Berwick Hotel.

The City Council are still lying.

Today we spontaneously chalked outside @myworcester City Council’s @Guildhall_Worc to make up for missing the 4th anniversary of Cardon Banfield’s body being discovered on the 5th July 2016.

The SAR investigation report is yet to be released.
