BTW this remembering Bella memorial site was created after he unsuccessfully tried to place a gag and protective order against me to stop me from speaking about Bella’s death investigation and what was happening with the divorce and custody and after he found Emily See and Mizzy’s post to Greg Connor and NCDAO demanding Bella’s case be reopened Aug 22.

Y'all, I am in a rabbit hole and it's worse than I thought.

Isabella Pierre-Louis was killed.
By who? I don't know. 

What I did find was Dukens Pierre-Louis, RN's open letter to Shirley, posted 5 days ago. Aimed directly at the person raising awareness and accountability around Isabella's death, it exposes a deeply calculated narrative. 

Dukens's letter is pure deflection. He wrote thousands of words detailing their 2018 marital fallout, arguments, texts, financial disputes, and divorce grievances, framing himself as a misunderstood father kept from his daughter to recast suspicion as a "bitter ex" out for revenge. Before I fell down this rabbit hole, honestly, that's what I thought too! I was wrong! Soooo very wrong.

He acknowledges the autopsy findings in passing as routine - ignoring the clinical reality that a 10 yo doesn't accumulate fluid around both lungs with zero symptoms, especially after playing in a soccer game the Friday before her death! 

He mentions trying to save her at 7:32 AM, but avoids addressing why police documented dried blood and dried brownish purge fluid on her pillowcase before he moved her to the floor... physical evidence showing she'd been dead for hours. As a nurse, he would've known immediately by her weight and flaccidity or rigidity.

Dukens complained Shirley went on WBZ and led people to suspect him: "I remember watching and feeling that people were being led to suspect me before investigators had reached that conclusion." (Sounds like consciousness of guilt.)

Except Shirley never even accuses Dukens!! She calls out the NCDA's office for declaring "No foul play is suspected" while the autopsy and tox were still pending!

On Mar 14, the NCDA's office stated "No foul play is suspected, but her exact cause of death will be determined by a medical examiner when the results from her autopsy are complete." Yet on June 26, 2025, ME Dr. Janice Grivetti refused to rule it natural or accidental, certifying Manner of Death as Undetermined / Could Not Be Determined. 

Dukens's letter shows why the NCDA's CPAC unit is broken. In an unattended child death where the ME ruled the manner Undetermined - with severe lung pathology (she was basically drowning), missing hospital lines, and a suspicious timeline - CPAC chose not to investigate once again. They accepted a nurse-father's surface-level account and closed the book. How did a healthy 10 yo girl end up dead behind a locked door? 

Shirley told a very different story to WBZ on March 14, 2025. What happened next is so on brand for Norfolk County:

Feb 22-Mar 11 (17 Days of Silence): CPAC "solves" the case on Day 1. AGAIN!
Tpr. Dunne does zero recorded interviews with Dukens or household adults, doesn't run his plate, pull video, or interview paramedics. (Sounds familiar, right?)

Mar 11-12: Shirley emails CPAC demanding a homicide investigation, and WBZ reaches out. On Mar 12, MSP suddenly brings Dukens and 4 household members into Randolph PD for recorded interviews - 18 days after Isabella died. (Seeing a pattern?) 

Mar 14: Tiffany Chan's WBZ story drops at 9:19 AM, quoting Shirley: "There must be some level of detail that you can share so I can get some closure - to know they're working on this case." 

Mar 14 (7 hrs later): Dunne and RPD suddenly go interview Chavely C.

Mar 15 (Isabella's funeral): While Isabella is being buried at Milton Cemetery, Dunne finally requests LPR hits on Dukens's gray Audi Q5.

Mar 17 & 19: 3 days after the WBZ story, Dunne finally pulls Feb 21 video from 89 Tennis Rd in Mattapan (24 days later, when NVR footage already has "playback issues" per none other than Colleen Crawford) and sends Tpr. Jon Gendron with him to speed-run 4 paramedic interviews in 30 mins. 

Shirley going public with WBZ is the only reason CPAC scrambled to create a paper trail in mid-March.

Isabella Pierre-Louis deserves a proper investigation.

More Norfolk County Incompetence: A Short Story

Reading through the MSP report and autopsy summary for 10 yo Isabella Pierre-Louis, I went into this with a completely open mind, half expecting it to just be a bitter custody dispute/divorce getting messy. But reading the actual evidence? I don't think so at all. John Fanning and the entire CPAC unit need to be completely disbanded.

As a nurse, when her father (who is also a nurse) touched her at 7:32 AM, he knew she was dead-dead. Police documented DRIED blood and a DRIED brownish purge fluid on her pillowcase on the bed. Any nurse knows purge fluid and blood don't dry on a pillowcase in five minutes…she had been gone for hours, which explains why her Death Certificate lists Time of Death as UNKNOWN. And of course, it took MSP nearly a month to send Tpr. Jon Gendron and Tpr. Dunne over to the fire station to rush through 4 paramedic interviews in under 30 minutes. Having dealt with Gendron personally, I knew it was only a matter of time before his name popped up in another botched Norfolk CPAC file.

Her dad told police she had "no recent illnesses," yet her autopsy showed fluid inside her lungs, fluid around BOTH lungs, inflamed airways, and 3 separate pathogens…including Staph and a bacteria found in food (Leuconostoc lactis). Plus the ER doctor charted FOOD in her airway, not just the "gum" matching the three wrappers sitting neatly on her dresser. Healthy 10 yo have strong gag reflexes and don't walk around with fluid surrounding both lungs with zero symptoms. This girl had to have been coughing…real bad.

Which brings me to the most terrifying part: WTAF is happening? Why is a 10 yo locked in a room where her only way to communicate is through an Alexa and her father isn't even home?! Surveillance footage shows his Audi Q5 parked in Mattapan. How is a child with a blocked airway supposed to speak out loud to trigger a voice device?

Finally, her mom warned MSP that her dad is a hospital nurse with access to meds and that Isabella's food had tasted funny. So MSP asked for an "expanded tox"…which didn't even test for hospital medications, but instead ran panels for antifreeze, rat poison, and mercury! Meanwhile, they never even tested the two open water bottles sitting on her dresser or pulled the Alexa logs.

Even the ME refused to rule her death an accident (Manner: Undetermined), yet Norfolk CPAC slapped an "Accidental / Non-Victim" label on it on Day 1, scrubbed 12 paragraphs of the GAL interview, and closed the file.

To me: it sounds a lot like a neuromuscular blocking agent was used. Think Succinylcholine, Rocuronium, Vecuronium.

Someone needs the pharmacy’s records from the Pyxis or Omnicell System from where this man works. ASAP!

Healthy 10 Year Olds Don’t Just Die
What Happened to Isabella “Bella”Pierre-Louis on Feb 21 2025-Feb 22, 2025

On Friday, Feb 21, 2025 Bella was picked up by her father for his weekend parenting time and I last spoke with her over the phone on Feb 21 at 6pm and she did not report feeling unwell. She did not have ANY cold symptoms. She had a normal wellness visit with her physician in October 2024.

After I spoke to her at 6pm witnesses at the residence reported to Trooper Matthew Dunne that Bella was “sleeping” or appeared asleep on Feb 21 at 6:30/7-00pm, 7:30-8:00pm and 9:00-9:30pm. Bella was not the type of kid to go to sleep at 6:30-7:00pm on a Friday night during February school vacation

The next morning she is found unresponsive by her father

Manner of death is UNDETERMINED

Cause of Death is listed as

Cardiopulmonary arrest in an adolescent with upper airway obstruction by foreign body, inflammatory process of lungs, pleural effusions, positive Coronavirus NL63, Leuconostoc lactis, and Staphylococcus aureus.

A small white mass later believed to be gum was expelled from her cords on BVM after a cricothyrodotomy incision at the ER. I saw the gum and it looked to be about the size of the tip of my pinky finger

Where did the gum come from???? Bella would NOT wake up in the middle of the night on Feb 22, 2025 and chew on gum nor would she have gone to sleep chewing gum.

Coronavirus NL63 is a common cold

inflammatory process of lungs, pleural effusions, pulmonary congestion and edema, bilateral - Bella did NOT have cancer, autoimmune disease, tests came back NEGATIVE for Pneumonia and SARS COV-2, the flu, respiratory viruses were all negative

Positive culture for Leuconostoc lactis, and Staphylococcus aureus - I was informed by an IME this is likely normal decomposition process

What else can cause bilateral pulmonary congestion and edema, bilateral pleural effusions?

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital nurse reported in her report “Family departed. RN team to bedside to prepare pt to be transported to morgue. On review it was found that family had removed crich tube and RAC IV from the patient.”

Who removed the tubes? what happened to the tubes?

Bella’s dad and his cousin arrived at the ER first, then Trooper Dunne, followed by me. Neither of us were there at the same time. When I arrived I saw the opening in Bella’s neck. Neither I nor my family who arrived after me removed anything from her body. MSP did not interview the nursing staff for their account of the disposition of the Cric and RAC I lines

It was reported by the ME that Bella had right eye/right eyelid petechiae and bilateral sternohyoid hemorrhage. ME attributed the strap muscle hemorrhage to the cric incision. ER reported the incision was completed successfully.

7:30am 911 called. Caller with a heavy language barrier was asked by Bella’s father, a medical professional to tell the 911 dispatcher that Bella was having a seizure.

7:32 Randolph, MA paramedics arrived finding Bella’s father performing CPR unusually high above her rib-cage, close to her neck. They noted Bella asystole with distal cooling and a locked jaw and pink frothy fluid coming out of her mouth and nose. This pink frothy fluid was also on her pillow.

Can someone have a seizure at 7:30am then at 7:32am be in rigor?

Paramedics also noted a pool of blood on the floor and did not know where the blood came from. Where did this blood come from?

ME reported frothy tan fluid expressed from the lungs.
Blood-tinged fluid expressed from the lungs. This appears to be the same fluid reported by paramedics on her pillow and coming from her mouth and nose.

Blood was found in her oropharynx and food was visualized with the laryngoscope

If Bella was sleeping from 6:30/7:00pm, 7:30-8:00pm, 9:00-9:30pm and found unresponsive in the morning where did the food in her mouth come from? Where did the blood come from?
