Can someone have a seizure at 7:30am then at 7:32am be in rigor? Paramedics also noted a pool of blood on the floor and did not know where the blood came from. Where did this blood come from? ME reported frothy tan fluid expressed from the lungs. Blood-tinged fluid expressed from the lungs. This appears to be the same fluid reported by paramedics on her pillow and coming from her mouth and nose. Blood was found in her oropharynx and food was visualized with the laryngoscope If Bella was sleeping from 6:30/7:00pm, 7:30-8:00pm, 9:00-9:30pm and found unresponsive in the morning where did the food in her mouth come from?
