@GabeGwoolley What is "foreign legal arguments" defined as? Would this eliminate the use of persuasive caselaw from outside of the 10th Circuit? Or only legal arguments from other countries? It's a very important distinction that should be clarified with voters as most are not lawyers.

Oklahoma has three major problems that must be addressed:
1. Education — Local BOEs have enabled and harbored abusive & predatory teachers.
2. Jails — underpaid and understaffed, leading to deaths, neglect, and abuse.
3. Law Enforcement — Bad cops are protected from exposure.
