Very poor experience with JioFiber. My connection is not working, and there is no proper way to connect with a customer support executive and speak to someone about the issue. Customers should have access to real support when the service fails.

Extremely disappointed with the after-sales service from JioFiber. complete lack of support after raising a complaint. Despite multiple follow-ups, no technician has visited my home to inspect the fiber connection the actual problem.

Ordered from Snitch and everything was smooth until delivery. Got a message saying my order would be delivered on 22nd May, but the delivery agent refused to deliver today because of just 15 mins of rain in Pune. That’s really disappointing service.

Really frustrating experience with Yes Bank Credit Card support. Too many contact numbers, no internal call transfers, and customers are forced to call multiple lines for one issue. Wasting time repeating the same problem again and again. Please fix this!

“driver asking for money than what is shown on the app”. That is not allowed. If the driver demands extra cash outside the fare shown in the app, that’s a violation of the aggregator model (you pay what the app shows). This issue happen only in Pune city.
