- it's personal
- your client lied to you
- your client instructed you to lie
- your client disrespects you
- you haven't scheduled discoveries within a year of pleadings
- there is a file you are afraid to touch
- there is a lawyer you are afraid to call
- you think opposing counsel is stupid
- a client's overdue account is more than $10K
- you don't have a fact-management system
- you think law is more important than facts
