Is there a picture of him holding the weapon or even laying on the roof in the shooting position ? Or can it not be rewound 10 more seconds to see that and we can see only him running off the roof with the weapon he just disassembled in record time without the screwdriver that he would need to reassemble it upon ditching it in the woods? Can we at least see him holding that weapon or any weapon ever with a ballistics report that matches THE bullet. Listen I’m not saying it doesn’t exist and I sincerely hope it does. Let’s not pretend though that anything about the story as it’s been provided to this point resembles anything logical. I hope they make it make sense at trial. Shaming people for pointing out the obvious absurdity isn’t useful. Frankly anybody who just blindly believes this based off what we’re currently being told —and operating with no additional information are more likely the ones suffering from mild retardation.

I don’t think you’re wrong even if i think it would require serious constitutional circumventions to do it (which always makes me uneasy).
