Did you know that endurance athletes have such an ‘adapted’ heart for their sport that an EKG can read as abnormal? It’s called athletic heart and many nurses and docs don’t know about it & think it’s pathological initially. That’s how sedentary the general population is.

I’ve learned on my ultramarathon run streak that you never know how you’ll feel tomorrow. I had many days where I thought ‘no way can I do a 50k again tomorrow’ only to wake up and feel great, ready to go. Thoughts are NOT reality, gift yourself with possibility. Today is Day 97
