@rcollingsworth Some of the concerns I've come across is from Voddie's lack of adhering to these well-stated ethics that you've shared. "Fault Lines" lacked a fair bit of charity and included a fair bit of straw-man arguments, and did so while sort of "blasting" those he disagreed with by name.

If you read the gospels, Jesus led with different starting points. So did Paul. It is altogether an uncharitable witch-hunt to suggest that Allberry was wrong in saying we ought to start in Genesis 1. Ray Comfort begins there in his street evangelism frequently.
