After which EMS organizations then are allowed to have them practice on their own.

@apwk0rg Been through many cold and flu seasons. The severity of the "flu" in the waves was nothing that I have ever seen in my career. Quite a few died as soon as we got to the hospital or shortly after. I am thankful most have been spared seeing the scared, the helpless due to the "flu"
