@CrazyCracka831@4Wahoo98242@WaldosMomkf@TheBlakeElliott@scotus_wire If someone commits child abuse, discrimination, or any other crime, prosecute them. But claiming the “vast majority” of immigrants don’t believe in U.S. laws because of anecdotal cases isn’t evidence—it’s a generalization.
@4Wahoo98242@WaldosMomkf@TheBlakeElliott@scotus_wire Claiming “the majority” of today’s immigrants are communists or religious fundamentalists needs evidence, not assumptions. Provide sources and factual data and I can get behind what you’re saying. Otherwise, you’re making things up.
@4Wahoo98242@WaldosMomkf@TheBlakeElliott@scotus_wire Integrating into America doesn’t mean thinking the same as everyone else. The U.S. has always been a country of competing beliefs. The expectation has generally been that people follow the law & participate in our civic institutions—not that they adopt one religion, ideology, etc
“Come Again” came from trying to remember that there’s still so much beauty to be experienced-even amidst the chaos and uncertainty of this ever changing world.
@discoposse “Everyone, you need to get pulled on AI or we will fire you. It’s part of performance reviews” - CEO
“We are putting limits on AI usage but you still need to do more with less and we won’t give you headcount” - CFO
Awesome.

Pay above range. Because the job is bigger now.
If AI makes already great people 3x, 10x, even 100x more productive, they should be compensated accordingly.
@bhalligan@SavvyLuke@suno I've mostly just created silly songs for our partners as they roll into our events, which they get a kick out of. Here's a couple:

And a non-partner more jammy one:

Nothing beats a real dead tune though.
@mcuban YES. I've been saying this for years and considering whether to do something similar on my own.
What're your thoughts when it comes to massive medical bills, like cancer treatment that would be well beyond your savings?
@discoposse LinkedIn has gotten bad. Not that it was ever good. We as humans should be restricted from using ai to create LinkedIn posts. The moment I see a 3,000 character post essay I want to puke
@bhalligan@SavvyLuke@suno I agree. I've been using Suno for the last year and its really impressive. I've been creating some fun songs that are HubSpot Partner specific for our partner events lately and it always gets an awesome reaction when they realize I created a personalized song for them
@discoposse Also the number of x posts I’ve seen that go “I just rebuilt my own version of Airbnb in 5 minutes, here’s the exact blueprint I used so you can too!” who I’ve then commented back “does it work though?” With a fast response back “no, it’s still mvp” 😭
@discoposse Yep. It’s a waste of their time to build their own and think it’ll last. They’ll be needing to make constant updates, fine tune, fix bugs, and support their own users. Doesn’t sound fun to me 😂
