@paulmarkbailey @MADFESTLONDON It's a young company doing things differently & effectively. They need a system where people put down their days of attending to manage numbers. It's a growing pain and it's probably something they didn't anticipate. I know it's not out of greed as most people have free passes.

Give them a little time to respond and make amends. btw I've attended Adweek and others and not got in to sessions
