They could have actually tried to help me book my flight on the phone instead of just telling me to switch browsers and that I should stop using the second most popular browser on the internet
Imagine running an airline and having a checkout system that is so broken that it just errors out and tells your customer to call support. Then when they call support, you tell your customer to stop using Safari and use Chrome instead. Guess how it goes on Chrome? @united

Remote work turned that tribal knowledge into global, common knowledge.
Consequently, the era of Bay Area maximalism is almost certainly over.
Worst #airline award goes to @United. Not only did they delay my first flight by 2.5 hours while de-fueling the plane, but also because they made me stand in line for another hour only to put me on a flight tomorrow morning (not even the first one.) and a $20 voucher for McDonald
@Instacart hey, I've been trying to reach customer for over a week now. Tried emailing, calling, and setting up a callback. None worked. My order got duplicated instead of adding a few items and I ended up with $500 of extra groceries.
@Instacart Iโve been trying to get in touch with customer service for a week now and every time I schedule a call it either fails or the representative canโt hear me. I also submitted a ticket. I made an order a week ago and added a few items, but ended up with two orders
