Wonderfully written @satyanadella. My 2014 rough definition of this from the first draft of Becoming AI First was Cognitive Product: product designed for exponential learning, deeply tied to human behavior.
@HarryStebbings Hiring non-traditional leaders to run the People org is the way. Ours used to run Product. Fundamentally shifts it to a strategic function.
Billy, this is Luka Doncic. He is a top 5 player in the NBA and can be an all time great. His defect is that he gets a little chunky sometimes. This guy should cost us our entire roster and 10 firsts, but we can get him for just Anthony Davis.
I had a wonderful time this morning in Ottawa delivering the keynote address at the Commodity Tax Symposium. Huge thanks to @CPAcanada for having me. What a delightful, engaging discussion on the practical realities of an AI First future. And onwards we go 🚀

I’ve talked to hundreds (maybe thousands) of companies about how AI is being adopted within their engineering orgs.
There are issues of data pipeline to models, model quality, hallucination, etc.
But the biggest factor?
Some great engineers simply don’t *like* using AI.
Feeling really proud of @TorontoGraceHC for chipping away at the #remotecare and #virtualcare delivery model that currently exists. The importance of understanding the clinical nuances of our patient’s journey and improving access to the right care is key.
