Today’s birthright citizenship ruling will go down as one of the great acts of judicial malpractice in modern American history.
The Supreme Court was created to interpret the Constitution, not to rewrite it to fit the political fashions or policy preferences of a particular age. By stretching the meaning of “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” beyond its original understanding, the Court once again chose activism over constitutional fidelity.
History remembers certain decisions not as triumphs of jurisprudence, but as warnings of what happens when judges substitute ideology for law. Dred Scott decision denied the humanity and citizenship of an entire class of people. Roe v. Wade invented a constitutional right that existed nowhere in the text and distorted American law for nearly fifty years before finally being overturned.
Today’s ruling belongs in that same hall of infamy.
The issue before the Court was never whether America should be compassionate, welcoming, or generous. The question was whether the authors of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution intended automatic citizenship for the children of those who entered the country unlawfully or who maintain allegiance to another sovereign nation. That question deserved an honest constitutional inquiry, not a reflexive appeal to a century of judicial drift.
A nation that cannot define citizenship cannot preserve citizenship.
Citizenship is the highest privilege a republic can bestow. It should not be transformed into an automatic reward for violating immigration law or exploiting legal loopholes. The American people deserve a government with the courage to defend the meaning of citizenship and the sovereignty of the nation itself.
Bad Supreme Court decisions can shape generations. Some are eventually corrected by constitutional amendment. Others are overturned by future courts willing to admit their predecessors were wrong.
History will render its verdict on today’s decision as well.
I've said repeatedly that I'm not a fan of the constitution. It was created in a time that was nothing like today. It hinders us from ever fixing the country. The constitution is a suicide pact based on tradition. If you're still clinging to it you have to understand that your enemies constantly subvert it regardless and there's nothing I can do to help you.
Our founding fathers like John Jay, Alexander Hamilton, Thomas Jefferson, and George Washington surely repudiated this "blood and soil" nationalism idea.

IDK who this guy is, but he nailed it.
He told the council that if this tax passes, it's permanent and likely the lowest it will ever be. Before asking taxpayers for another $50 million, he argued the city should first take a hard look at its own spending.
He questioned why MILLIONS are being spent on landscaping contracts instead of exploring lower-cost alternatives like inmate labor. He criticized spending on the city's DEI office, argued taxpayers are already subsidizing bike lanes, walking trails, bus routes, and road projects, and asked why drivers should now pay even more.
He also pointed to Marion County's reported audit issues involving missing federal funds, saying the county should demonstrate it can properly manage existing money before asking residents for additional tax dollars.
His closing point summed up his argument: instead of pushing what he described as roughly an 80% increase in vehicle-related taxes, the city should go through the budget line by line, cut unnecessary spending, and prove it has exhausted every other option before reaching deeper into taxpayers' pockets.
We texted this to ~1,800 delegates to the Indiana Republican State Convention:
==========
"GOP Delegate,
Have you noticed all of the foreigners in our state lately? Who are these people? How did they get here? Did you vote for this? What is happening to the Indiana we know and love?
Every year, $1.5B of your tax dollars are spent on students who don't know English, while Hoosier children continue to struggle.
It's time to fight back. Sign the Save Heritage Indiana Action platform amendment to put Hoosiers & America First on Indiana's GOP Platform:

Why did we send this and other texts?
Our current GOP platform has statements like, "we encourage lawful immigration..."
We're proposing to remove that language and add language like:
"Unfettered Immigration Has Threatened That Which We Wish to Conserve.
Our first Chief Justice of the Supreme Court John Jay put it best:
'Providence has been pleased to give this one connected country to one united people — a people descended from the same ancestors, speaking the same language, professing the same religion, attached to the same principles of government, very similar in their manners and customs, and who, by their joint counsels, arms, and efforts, fighting side by side throughout a long and bloody war, have nobly established general liberty and independence.'
Our nation is not merely an economic zone or a creedal abstraction.
It is a particular people with a common language, a shared history, a common faith tradition, and it is that which we wish to conserve when we call ourselves "conservative"."
We can do this because we now have a 501c4 - Save Heritage Indiana Action. 💪
This is another tool our our toolbox to save Indiana's heritage -- stopping and reversing mass migration into our home.
In Scandinavia, Scandinavians are rich and peaceful.
In America, Scandinavians are rich and peaceful.
In Somalia, Somalians are poor and violent.
In America, Somalians are poor and violent.
There is no magic soil.
New Rule: Every time we get outraged over a Judge's ruling, we show their name, face, and ancestry. "US Judge" is no longer ever sufficient.
Judge Sorokin, an Eastern European Jew, appointed by Obama, has thrown out the H-1B visa fee to try and flood our country with jeets.
I have an announcement…my figure of 100 million is incorrect…
Kayleigh just put out numbers that should shock every American. Nearly 7 million H-1B visas since 2015, and former officials admitting 80 to 90 percent of the Indian ones are straight-up fraudulent.
This isn’t immigration, it’s a slow-motion takeover.
Based on these figures, I will recant my figure of a 100 million illegal aliens in the country, and I now estimate we need to round up a 106 million!!!!
We have been the most generous country in the world, to our detriment.
25% of all Mexicans live in the US. 70% rely on welfare.
~10% of Guatemalans live here. 77% are on welfare
12% of Nicaraguans live here. 75% rely on welfare
12% of Haitians live here. 53% rely on welfare
RIP Brett Scrogham.
Bukele turned El Salvador around - from the most murderous place in the world to the least.
That libs don't turn their cities around shows they actually want people like Brett dead. Simple.
Libs hate themselves, they hate their parents, they hate their ancestors, and they hate us. If they have their way, all of us will be erased and replaced with mass invasion.
Pray for Brett's family, and pray that more good men rise and say "ENOUGH!"
Why did the US gov burn alive 80+ Americans at Waco over unregistered guns claim but ignores a fortified Muslim compound in Plainfield, IN with a bio lab, crematory, military fencing & armed security? Why did Indiana State Senator Mike Young from Indianapolis confirm the Muslim compound funnel money through terrorist organizations? Why is our own Government giving them millions of dollars in grants?
We deserve answers immediately.
Indiana is a Christian state. Investigate ISNA. #Waco #Plainfield #investigateISNA
