@Bell_Support It has been 2mths since you said there will be actions taken for the wires connecting my house to my neighbors. The wire still hangs above my property to this date. This is a hazard once we get colder weather - if no one comes within 10 days, I will cut this myself.

@Bell_Support Bell Technician came to my property today to do something for my next door neighbor - I called Bell several times but no one can verify if this is legitimate!!! They told me to just cut it now?! There's a line running out of my house outside. Can someone help?

Because I'm not a Bell customer, the guy on the phone are extremely rude cutting me off mid-sentence and yelling at me to just cut the line off. When I asked for his name, he said I don't have to tell you my name. Unbelievable.

@LeesaTammi @canadagoose I am in the same situation as you but I actually got an email today saying that they are shipping my jacket back. I don't know if it has been fixed and they didn't even confirm the shipping address! No tracking # or ETA has been provided.

@canadagoose I am extremely disappointed with warranty service department. This is the third time I arranged a call with a supervisor to discuss and I cannot believe they never called despite the confirmation emails. I want my jacket back. I need some respect as a customer.

@canadagoose Your warranty department is charging me for $200 fur replacement. On CG website it says repair offer will have to be discussed with the customer prior to any repairs being made. No one has ever contacted me and I am not given any explanation. Can you please help?
