Called in at your Leeds branch today.
On leaving ,the security guard asked me if I was pregnant!
Mortified isn't a strong enough word . I walked away embarrassed and ashamed.
I'm a 50 year old mother of two grown children
I tried to ring the store .

@martinlewis @canadagoose hi Martin, is there any chance you could help us with this big brand name . This company is refusing to refund £395 for a parcel that we can prove was delivered to their warehouse. We are being totally ignored by email pm phone calls .

@JustinReviews_ @canadagoose Jesus !! My daughter returned a jacket beginning of November. We have proof of delivery to their warehouse but they are saying they haven't received it .
Ignoring all emails, never responded to the numerous pm I have sent they are a disgrace.

@canadagoose If I don't get any response from @canadagoose by the end of the day I am escalating this to @tradingstandards and the @financialombuds how are you getting away with repeated requests for a formal complaint to be raised .you are not working within the law
