@YetiMoose@TME_Doomsday@Zepp1978 Keep going, Yeti Moose. You're clearly winning this argument. The difference between the Disney Store and the Disney Store's Outlets is VITAL to Mike's point. You're going to unravel the whole thing and win the internet in just one more comment.
@toxicTom@DentonSalle@TKratman@iamAtheistGirl No, you were boring him. You haven't been kicking anyone's ass, you are the pigeon, kicking over the pieces of the chess board and strutting around like you've accomplished something.
They teach the events of the My Lai massacre--including the attempted cover up--at West Point and at several other professional schools in the American military.
Interestingly, enough Americans refused to keep silent that the cover up failed, and some, including an American helicopter pilot named Hugh Thompson, actively intervened against Cali's men. It's a travesty that the perpetrating officer's sentence was effectively a slap on the wrist when he should've been executed, but I've always believed both our civil and military justice systems too light on our worst offenders in general.
Can you find me an example of a NVA or VC officer risking a damn thing to stop the far greater number of atrocities the communists committed upon their own people? I acknowledge such a case may exist, but I've never read of it.
@Zepp1978 If I have a million dollars I'm wiping out what's left of my mortgage and then socking the rest away with Vanguard, or maybe in a precious metals fund.
Hey, I may not be a riot at parties, but we all know this economy is like a jungle. Gotta be clever if you wanna survive.
@DavidJohnButler I only got through the third sequel movie at home, first Star Wars I didn't watch in the theaters, while drunk off my ass. It STILL wasn't fun.
@BradRTorgersen@CJacob161201@GHHILL1911 I think it's fair to say there are Western touches to Star Wars, the same way there are samurai elements in westerns and western elements in samurai films--but it's meant to be subtle, putting someone in a cowboy hat is on the nose.
Not for nothing, but I don't think there's anything wrong with writing just for yourself and/or a small circle of friends and family if that's what makes you happy. No one asks a dude playing a game of pick-up basketball why he's not trying to get to the NBA.
If you did want to make a go of publishing it, you're friends with a ton of great writers, I'm sure some of them would be willing to give you some advice.
I suspect the algorithms are very good at feeding us what will keep us divided, because of Christendom in America could come to a stable rhetorical peace, we'd keep them from ever having their way. Catholics are Christian brethren. I love y'all. I don't see how you all honestly think Robert Prevost received Peter's authority intact (and yes, I've had it explained to me including the difference between off-the cuff comments, teachings, and actual ex cathedra pronouncements), but I don't think you're evil, satanic, or anything of the sort.
