And this is cost he built himself vs someone else doing the labor to replace the roof. What material was the replacement? Material and labor costs have exploded.

@usa_retro I tried to get pre approved in 2009 or 2010 and was denied due to lack of credit history. I paid my way through technical college.

Meanwhile I had friends who were in or dropped out of college but had “credit history” on student loans they hadn’t even started paying.
