@BestBuySupport Guessing my delivery isn’t coming today. First was told by support it would arrive between 7-11 am. Then told it would be here by 1 pm. Then told it would be here by 7 pm. Wish I didn’t waste a whole day sitting around waiting for it.

What's worse is their website still lists expected delivery on item for Dec 23rd for people making the purchase today with no indication the item is out of stock/backordered. Won't make mistake of purchasing from PBKids again. Extremely disappointed.

Disappointed in @PotteryBarnKids. Order placed in Nov, supposed to arrive by today, only to find out item is now out of stock and won't arrive before Xmas. Had opp to purchase similar item from other stores, but stuck with PBK bc of past great experience and arrival before Xmas.
