Just spent 1+ hour on the phone with @OptimumHelp after they stupidly discontinued my service a month early. They hung up on me, so I called back. Turns out I can’t reinstate my service today because it’s “closed.” Some customer service. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 never again.
