@rjs Great timing. I ran a Ralph loop on Shape Up to iteratively build a GraphViz of the process and a markdown knowledge graph. I first tried to implement it as a process using Antfarm on OpenClaw. Now I'm just using Claude Code CLI. Your shaping process saved a lot of refinement!

@saxena_puru AI models? That’s a different story. That kind of software has higher barriers to entry. Training and running a frontier model has massive hardware and electricity costs.

So, some software will make more sense to pay for usage.

@saxena_puru But, when it comes to digital software, the production and supply chain barriers are far far less. CRMs? Who needs an expensive, legacy system? They are just databases configured for a use case with a human friendly UI. They will absolutely struggle to remain relevant.
