I have seen a lot of people getting this wrong. Therefore I hope the following explanation will help. Firstly, this communication is for people who are shareholders of Airtel, through the Malawi Stock Exchange and receive their dividend through Airtel Money.
So, let us say this year your dividend is K20000, Airtel was sending that together with cash out fees (yodulira) of K920 so that you get your whole K20000 when you cash out that money. This communication is saying with immediate effect, no more yodulira (cash out fees).
