It's not only about edges, you could use the item to knock someone into a pack of 4 mobs and also kill them. The game would literally be unplayable.

@Zentrance1 @Wowhead What does a cast time matter when you can use it on your own faction? There's no counterplay. You can't stun the person using it. This item is specifically for griefing people, it has no other use. Griefing is against ToS and is bannable.
