Statement on behalf of our client Mr Ryan McConville who is to bring legal proceedings against the @IrishFA for the procedurally unfair application process for the Pro Licence course.

We were pleased to represent player X, a minor who last week was denied an appeal by the IFA to an ‘obvious error’ challenge. After the IFA ignored our legal submissions, High Court action was necessary in which Phoenix Law acted. The IFA conceded the High Court action.
