@virginmedia I’ve not even setup a memorable word, I think your staff need checking being the fact I asked them on four occasions for my online password, the one I login with. When I said I’m not going to give that up he wasn’t too impressed. I said do other validation questions
Trying to validate myself with @virginmedia and they ask me for my account password, which is my personal password I login to my online account with... I’m not sure why they have access to see my password to login to my online account
@virginmedia Hiya, I appreciate your response but when your customer rep says “and the first three characters of your password” and I respond, what password? My online account login? And they respond with yes, the one you login to your online account with. It makes me think otherwise.
