@Utlendingsdir Hei og takk for svar. Det skjønner jeg veldig godt, men som jeg forstår det oppdaterers ventingstidensiden deres hver måned, for senest noen dager siden, og likevel står det 8 uker. Kanskje dere burde redigere siden deres til noe som er litt mer aktuelt 🙂
@Utlendingsdir Hei. Har nå ventet i 12 uker på å få svar på faglært arbeidsinnvandring søknaden min. Sitter i Norge siden Desember og venter på å begynne på jobb. Har ringt dere flere ganger, men dere sier at jeg må bare vente. Står 8 uker på nettsiden deres. Hva skjer?
@Optus No I've not received any fault number, they just keep telling me it's a glitch with my account. I'm not sure if they offered to credit me for the dongle, but the dongle is no good for my house full of devices. Have DMd you.
@Optus Incredibly poor customer service from Optus. Been without internet for a week, cost me hundreds due to missed deadlines unable to upload without internet. Optus said it would be fixed by 3 different days, and have failed to do so. Then recommended I buy $39 dongle instead!
@Optus So far because of this I have missed 2 project deadlines for school which I'll now have to pay to re enroll in next year. Optus had no issues sending me my bill for this month today though, and overcharging me $2 for it as well.
@Optus Told me originally to wait 24 hours, then after that they told me it would be priority and fixed that same day, and when it wasn't again they told me another 48 hours, 3 days ago! Supervisor called yesterday to ask if it was fixed, then said she'd call back in 4 hours. Didn't.
