Justice Clarence Thomas just became the 5th longest-serving Justice in American history — 12,447 days on the bench, 34 years and 28 days — and he’s STILL at the top of his game.

And never forget: back in 1991, Joe Biden tried to stop him from ever reaching the Supreme Court.
He ran the hearings, tried to tear him down, tried to derail his confirmation —
and he still failed.
America won.

Clarence Thomas didn’t just defend the Constitution — he rescued it.
While the political class caved and chased headlines, he stood firm. His backbone and clarity kept this Republic anchored to the Founders’ vision. He pulled American law back to the Constitution when everyone else ran from it.

With over 763 opinions, he shaped the biggest Supreme Court decisions of our lifetime:

CONGRESS FUNNELED $516 BILLION INTO EXPIRED PROGRAMS WITH ZERO OVERSIGHT IN 2024
The CBO just revealed that Congress spent $516 billion in 2024 on programs with expired authorizations, some dating back over 40 years.
Despite rules against funding unauthorized programs, lawmakers ignored them—letting billions flow without updated approvals or oversight.
Even worse, 251 more authorizations are set to expire this year, including $892 billion in defense spending, yet Congress keeps writing blank checks.
This isn’t governance—it’s corruption. Congress is recklessly burning taxpayer money on programs they haven’t even bothered to approve.

According to a new investigative report by @JudiciaryGOP, we know for a fact that DHS/CISA and its censorship regime, in concert with corrupt third-parties and Big Tech apparatchiks conspired to target and censor me specifically.

Just days before the 2020 election, I reported on a Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision that allowed late ballots without a postmark to be counted as valid ballots. I took a screenshot of the opinion, quoted it, and provided a link to the court decision. Twitter censored my post at the time and falsely claimed I was “misleading about an election or civic event.”

We noticed it when it happened and called it out immediately. Now we know why it happened: DHS/CISA specifically targeted me, complained that the reach of my tweet was “viral” and “growing exponentially” and then demanded that it be censored by Twitter. You read that correctly: our own government had a temper tantrum that my indisputably accurate tweet was gaining traction and calling into question the integrity of the officials who defied state law and allowed late, un-postmarked ballots to be counted. Our own government demanded that Twitter violate 1st Amendment right to speak and to report the news, and they demanded that Twitter violate your right to consume news in the middle of an election.

We know when they targeted me, why they targeted me, and we even know the name of the third-party researcher they used as a censorship middleman to launder government censorship.

They lied about my tweet, they lied about the facts, and they shredded the Constitution. The damage done by these illegal censorship activities is incalculable. To me, to my publication @FDRLST, to all of our readers and followers, and to our country writ large.

THERE IS NO GLOBAL WARMING, THERE IS ONLY REGIONAL WARMING (AND IT'S A GOOD THING!):
"The change that’s now going on is very strongly concentrated in the Arctic. In fact in three respects, it’s not global, which I think is very important. First of all, it is mainly in the Arctic. Secondly, it’s mainly in the winter rather than summer. And thirdly, it’s mainly in the night rather than at the daytime. In all three respects, the warming is happening where it is cold, not where it is hot.
The people in Greenland love it. They tell you it’s made their lives a lot easier. They hope it continues. I am not saying none of these consequences are happening. I am just questioning whether they are harmful.
There’s a lot made out of the people who died in heat waves. And there is no doubt that we have heat waves and people die. What they don’t say is actually five times as many people die of cold in winters as die of heat in summer. And it is also true that more of the warming happens in winter than in summer. So, if anything, it’s heavily favorable as far as that goes. It certainly saves more lives in winter than it costs in summer.
So that kind of argument is never made. And I see a systematic bias in the way things are reported. Anything that looks bad is reported, and anything that looks good is not reported.
A lot of these things are not anything to do with human activities. Take the shrinking of glaciers, which certainly has been going on for 300 years and has been well documented. So it certainly wasn’t due to human activities, most of the time. There’s been a very strong warming, in fact, ever since the Little Ice Age, which was most intense in the 17th century. That certainly was not due to human activity.
And the most serious of almost all the problems is the rising sea level. But there again, we have no evidence that this is due to climate change. A good deal of evidence says it’s not. I mean, we know that that’s been going on for 12,000 years, and there’s very doubtful arguments as to what’s been happening in the last 50 years and (whether) human activities have been important. It’s not clear whether it’s been accelerating or not. But certainly, most of it is not due to human activities. So it would be a shame if we’ve made huge efforts to stop global warming and the sea continued to rise. That would be a tragedy. Sea level is a real problem, but we should be attacking it directly and not attacking the wrong problem."
