To the five and a half million Australians who opened their hearts to walk with us, we say thank you.
We see you, we hear you and we read your messages of support which keep us on an unwavering path towards justice and peace.
It's not over. We’re not going to live in silence.
"We proof buildings for earthquakes that happen once every 50 or 100 years. We invest millions.
Why can't we do the same thing to make sure that our buildings are proofed against natural hazards like airborne pathogens?"

@NSWHealth this information will not help young people who are genuinely interested in learning how to protect themselves from COVID.
Please provide messaging they can use to make informed decisions about how to live their lives to the full.

With COVID-19 remaining at high levels in the community, do you need to refresh your COVID-safe behaviours to stop the spread of illness and protect others?
😷 Wear a mask
🏠 Stay home if sick
⏰ Test if you have symptoms
🌳 Let fresh air in or meet outdoors
💉 Stay up to date with your vaccinations
💡 Talk to your GP about COVID medicines

With so many loved ones testing positive for COVID, it’s beyond time to ask… why is @NSWHealth choosing to disseminate such ineffective public health messaging?
Young people have no hope of protecting themselves & others with this guidance.
Shameful.
#COVIDisAirborne
• stay home if you have any cold or flu symptoms and do at COVID-19 test
• wash your hands regularly or use hand sanitiser
• avoid shared plates of food and sharing utensils
The simple things you can do include:
- stay home if you have cold or flu symptoms
- stay up to date with your recommended COVID-19 vaccinations
- get together where there’s fresh air
Alternatively, you may choose to wear a mask to protect yourself from COVID-19 - and be kind to others, regardless of whether they choose to wear a mask or not.
COVID-19 transmission continues to increase in NSW, with community transmission now moderate to high.
Do you need to refresh your COVID-safe behaviours to stop the spread of illness and protect others?
Just so we are all clear based on the data from the referendum Australia’s Indigenous & First Nation people overwhelmingly wanted the Voice.
Recognition in our Constitution & and an advisory committee. That was all.
And we couldn’t even do that.
😔
It's on. On October 14, Australians will have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to vote Yes to recognising Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the constitution through a Voice.

Powerful presentation by Dean Parkin at #SNAICC23 Conference.
It’s time for a seat at the table for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people no matter which government is in power. A #Voice that says what needs to be said. Now.

This is one of those pieces that take your breath. Nurses are everything.
We can always make the worst days of a patient or caregiver’s life better. Never forget it. Medicine is the #bestjob.

The status-quo is not working to close the gap fast enough. We can do better. Join us and say yes to constitutional recognition that will give Indigenous Australians a real say in their future.
