Apart from the fact dog shouldn’t be off the lead in public

we spend thousands of pounds each year with @PetsatHome for our K9s have asked them on multiple occasions for invoices for our purchases. 2 wks later and 6 apologetic messages still no invoice copies. What a joke this company is
