Very unprofessional service. My booking was cancelled 3 mins before the scheduled time — for the second time, despite booking 3 days in advance.

@OlaElectric ,@bhash ,@jagograhakjago . Ola electric is a classic example of outstanding product with worst after sale services. Zero customer centric approach, rude, adamant and insensitive employee (Devendra) at the Thane Wagle estate workshop. Please improve work culture.

@MSArenaOfficial @Maruti_Corp , no resolution on my issue yet. I don't understand how can an accessory not fit in an identical model when it's already fitted in another variant despite paying the cost of the accessory. This is really a negative experience as a customer.

My ola electric scooter is lying at an unreliable parking space for more than a week now due to fault in display and no fault of the user. Still #OlaElectric is penalising it's customer with ₹2999 as RSA charges. Does it even substantiate? Plus the vehicle is still unattended.

@bhash & @OlaElectric , please honour your appointments and customers. Despite getting a message from Ola about receiving of centre stand at workshop , the Thane Ganeshwadi workshop denies receiving it. Waste of time, many more unresolved issues, grab handle, side stand etc.

A humble request to reschedule the garbage pickup timings from peak hours to non peak hours. Large garbage trucks create a lot of traffic congestion and bottle necks on narrow stretches of Dadoji konddev stadium, Thane college area @TMCaTweetAway & @MTPHereToHelp @city_thane
