How Much Energy Storage Does Europe Really Need?
Europe needs more energy storage alongside stronger grids and flexible demand to reduce renewable curtailment and better balance growing wind and solar power.

@n7egy1 I live in fm16 hit me up and we can look at getting you those NE NC squares you need

[K9wbz @K9wbz1]

@wG0AT It's so depressing they stopped making kits

[K9wbz @K9wbz1]

@kn4orb That's a dare I say it....sweet hobby.

[K9wbz @K9wbz1]

[K9wbz @K9wbz1]

@Hoshnasi

[K9wbz @K9wbz1]

@k8mrd Nope bands are dead just listen to all the codgers on the interwebs

[K9wbz @K9wbz1]

@CalebMoose You could adjust travel with the screws although I'm considering some other adjustment options as well.

[K9wbz @K9wbz1]

Finalizing this design anything youd want to see diffrent? The leg attachment is removable (its held on using the center screw that is also the ground contact.) #sota #summitsontheair #pota #parksontheair #hamradio #3Dprinting

[K9wbz @K9wbz1]

@kb2ysi @K8BCR No hinges, no springs or magnets other than some small parts to assemble (the screws and nuts). There are lots of great designs out there I just decided to go a u ique route using flexible filament rather than hinges and springs.

[K9wbz @K9wbz1]

@Hoshnasi I'm very jealous of az and co I have to drive 4+ hours for a summit.

[K9wbz @K9wbz1]

@Hoshnasi Plus all the books they're all on audible.

[K9wbz @K9wbz1]

@radioquest1 Sorta however normall with that you just use a normally closed switch wired direct to the light. That alone doesnt explain the box.

[K9wbz @K9wbz1]

I built a puzzle for my students. Nothing too crazy but the goal is to design this circuit and the only semiconductor used is the led.

[K9wbz @K9wbz1]

@wG0AT I should go activate the landfill that they have buried creating a mound it has maybe 50' of prominence 🤦‍♂️

[K9wbz @K9wbz1]

@wG0AT some sadist in eastern North Carolina decided to name the area I live mount hermon.....now I get reminded everytime j check the weather that the nearest sota summit is 3-4 hours away.

[K9wbz @K9wbz1]

@Hoshnasi I think you just provide whatever info you have.

[K9wbz @K9wbz1]

@Hoshnasi The fcc has a form you can fill out to report your call has been used illicitly I did it when a similar situation occurred. It doesnt do anything other than document it incase they use the call maliciously in an attempt to get you fined.

[K9wbz @K9wbz1]

@Hoshnasi Fill it with helium?

[K9wbz @K9wbz1]
