@ImMeme0 I'm no fan of Democrats, but ALL the summer EBT cards used that birthday. That shouldn't have caused an issue with setup and use. The money was "use it or lose it" for each summer it was allotted for, so I imagine unused amounts went back into the state EBT fund.
