I haven’t invested in crypto for over half a year and Im just went all in on internet-computer:native and ethereum:0x4647e1fe715c9e23959022c2416c71867f5a6e80
Real builders
Real tech
Not worried about short term price action, I’ll check back in 6 months
Way more comfortable in $NEAR & $TAO than $ETH or $SOL right now. Better tech, better structure, better narrative, better momentum, the risk/reward looks good.
AI is my highest conviction theme in stocks. Carrying that same bet into crypto just makes sense.
I'd argue crypto is downstream of the whole AI trade.
As AI does more, automated agents will be doing financial transactions by themselves. They'll use crypto rails to do it. Fiat rails won't cut it.
The use case is coming. We're just not there yet.
⚠️ALERT: ANOTHER MAJOR HACK STRIKES CRYPTO; $76M EXPLOIT HITS MONAD
Echo Protocol on Monad was reportedly exploited after an attacker minted 1,000 eBTC worth roughly $76.6M, as per Lookonchain.
The hacker allegedly used part of the funds as collateral on Curvance to borrow WBTC, bridged assets to Ethereum, swapped them into ETH, and routed roughly 385 ETH through Tornado Cash.
The attacker still reportedly controls around 955 eBTC worth over $73M.
This now marks the THIRD major crypto exploit in just 4 days!
If you zoom in, it seems that all the time $ICP is putting on some crazy pumps.
But if you zoom out, you can see a completely different story!
Just a very painful slow bleed lower and lower. 🩸🩸🩸
Looks like $ICP might revisit sub $3 again.
Not gonna lie… this phase has tested people mentally.
But bear markets always feel endless right before sentiment changes.
The Internet Computer. Not a computer. Not really the internet. And somehow, it might be both. Here are 5 facts about @dfinity 👇
1️⃣ It has its own programming language named after a cyberpunk character
DFINITY built Motoko, a custom language for writing smart contracts on $ICP, from scratch. Actor-based, async-first, designed purely for blockchain. The name is a direct nod to Major Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell. A project trying to rebuild the internet named its flagship tool after the queen of cyberspace.
2️⃣ Smart contracts that "live forever" without a database
$ICP implements orthogonal persistence, a concept where a program runs indefinitely and its memory simply stays alive. Developers never have to worry about saving data between messages, connecting external databases, or writing to files. Whatever is stored in a variable, stays there. Permanent RAM on a blockchain.
3️⃣ The entire network has just one public key
$ICP's chain key cryptography means the entire Internet Computer, a global network of thousands of nodes, is verifiable with a single public key. Traditional blockchains require massive amounts of data just to verify small artifacts. On $ICP, you check one key and you're done.
4️⃣ Users pay zero gas fees. Developers foot the bill instead
$ICP flips the traditional gas model completely. Developers pre-load their apps with "cycles" so users interact for free. No wallet, no fees, no friction. You use an $ICP app like any normal website. No MetaMask popup. No $0.0001 charge to click a button. The developer absorbs the cost, not the user.
5️⃣ Its cryptographers have ~100,000 academic citations between them
DFINITY's research team holds around 100,000 academic citations and 200 patents. This is not a whitepaper cooked up over a weekend. $ICP is built by some of the most credentialed cryptographers on earth.
If you made it this far, you already know more about $ICP than 99% of crypto Twitter. And just in case, here is the best place to swap it 👀

Most Americans still think geopolitics is politicians giving speeches at podiums.
That’s the old world.
What President Trump is doing in Beijing right now is something entirely different:
Using CORPORATE POWER as a geopolitical weapon.
Look at the delegation he assembled for China:
• Elon Musk - Tesla / SpaceX
• Tim Cook - Apple
• Jensen Huang - Nvidia
• Larry Fink - BlackRock
• Stephen Schwarzman - Blackstone
• David Solomon - Goldman Sachs
• Jane Fraser - Citigroup
• Kelly Ortberg - Boeing
• H. Lawrence Culp Jr. - GE Aerospace
• Brian Sikes - Cargill
• Cristiano Amon - Qualcomm
• Sanjay Mehrotra - Micron Technology
• Ryan McInerney - Visa
• Michael Miebach - Mastercard
• Dina Powell McCormick - Meta
This is not diplomacy.
This is strategic market penetration.
Now look at HOW carefully this lineup was built:
🚨 AI & CHIP DOMINANCE
• Jensen Huang (Nvidia)
→ AI chips powering the global AI revolution
• Cristiano Amon (Qualcomm)
→ Mobile chips, telecommunications, next-gen connectivity
• Sanjay Mehrotra (Micron)
→ Memory chips critical for AI systems and data centers
• Jim Anderson (Coherent)
→ Semiconductor materials and industrial laser tech
• Jacob Thaysen (Illumina)
→ Biotechnology and genomic technology leadership
This category alone represents the future of AI, computing, biotech, and technological supremacy.
🚨 FINANCIAL POWER
• Larry Fink (BlackRock)
→ Controls over $10 TRILLION in assets
• Stephen Schwarzman (Blackstone)
→ One of the world’s largest private equity giants
• David Solomon (Goldman Sachs)
→ Elite Wall Street investment banking influence
• Jane Fraser (Citigroup)
→ Global banking and cross-border finance
• Ryan McInerney (Visa)
→ Global payment rails
• Michael Miebach (Mastercard)
→ International transaction infrastructure
These people don’t just move money.
They influence where capital flows across the planet.
🚨 CONSUMER TECH & SUPPLY CHAINS
• Tim Cook (Apple)
→ One of the largest and most sophisticated supply chains on Earth
• Elon Musk (Tesla / SpaceX)
→ EV manufacturing, batteries, AI robotics, satellites, launch systems
China knows these companies are deeply tied into global manufacturing ecosystems.
🚨 AEROSPACE & INDUSTRIAL POWER
• Kelly Ortberg (Boeing)
→ Potential aircraft deals worth tens of billions
• H. Lawrence Culp Jr. (GE Aerospace)
→ Aircraft engines and aerospace systems
This is industrial leverage at the highest level.
🚨 AGRICULTURE & REAL ECONOMY
• Brian Sikes (Cargill)
→ Agriculture, food supply chains, commodity trade
Food security and agricultural imports are massive leverage points in U.S.-China relations.
Now step back and look at the entire picture.
This delegation covers:
- AI
- Semiconductors
- Aerospace
- Finance
- Payments
- Agriculture
- Consumer technology
- Manufacturing
- Supply chains
- Investment capital
Every major economic battlefield between the United States and China is represented in one room.
That is not random.
That is coordinated strategic planning.
The media will frame this as “just another summit.”
It’s not.
This is a private-sector strike force built to secure:
- Market access
- Investment deals
- Supply-chain positioning
- Regulatory concessions
- Tech leverage
- Aircraft purchases
- Agricultural agreements
- Financial expansion
The politicians are mostly in the background because politicians talk.
These people actually control:
- factories
- chips
- satellites
- patents
- software
- logistics
- payment systems
- manufacturing
- capital flows
That is where real power lives in 2026.
Whether people love Trump or hate him, Americans need to understand the scale of what they’re looking at.
This is statecraft merged with corporate power.
And it’s being deployed with military-level coordination.
MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!
God bless President Trump!
God bless America!
This is the new Revenue model for $ICP Cloud Engines:
➡️For Customers🏦
Governments & Institutions will pay $ to DFINITY
DFINITY buys $ICP (buying pressure📈)
ICP converted to cycles 🔁
Cycles are used to make sure the Engine is running ⚡️
➡️For Node Providers🌐:
Node providers don’t receive guaranteed payments, or receive smaller ones, and must compete for their nodes to be chosen by end users for inclusion into their engines.
In this model, 80% of the ICP revenues generated by a cloud engine (calculated as the number of ICP tokens that would have to be transformed to create the cycles powering the engine), would be returned to node providers, while 20% would be immediately burned🔥
Thus engines would always be deflationary rather than inflationary, and node providers would operate more like traditional businesses to maximize their profits.
INTERNET COMPUTER'S CLOUD ENGINES REPRESENT AN INFLECTION POINT...
Founder of Internet Computer (@Dfinity), Dominic Williams (@Dominic_w), while celebrating the protocol's five-year journey, provided a detailed preview of “Cloud Engines."
Cloud Engines is the sovereign frontier cloud technology that the network will soon provide via opencloud(.)org.
He stated that Cloud Engines will enable anyone to spin up their own tamperproof sovereign cloud by selecting and configuring nodes within the mathematically secure Internet Computer network.
The founder emphasized that the technology is built specifically for the AI era, enabling AI agents to create and update online applications and services without the need for security teams or sysadmins.
Additionally, software hosted on Cloud Engines is immune to infrastructure hacks, guaranteed to run as long as sufficient nodes remain operational, and protected by orthogonal persistence in the Motoko language, which automatically detects and prevents “lossy” AI-generated updates.
He added that users will soon be able to develop and deploy apps directly from AI platforms such as Claude or Perplexity, with seamless integration through @caffeineai, while maintaining full tech sovereignty.
Cloud Engines allow owners to choose node operators and locations, mix Big Tech instances (@AWS, @Azure, @Google), add sovereign AI nodes, and scale capacity instantly without downtime or vendor lock-in.
In summary, Cloud Engines is an inflection point in the Internet Computer’s history.
Please bear with us as a lot of things being updated at once on shortest path for speed (e.g. websites, etc).
Nb. some asked whether ICP's frontier cloud focus means no more DeFi. Actually the opposite, we think onchain cloud will ultimately be better for DeFi than trad. chains.
Disappointed @dominic_w chose that video of showcasing the cloud engine . That video will not go viral. It will be mainly viewed by $icp community only . I was hoping for more of a red carpet moment for internet-computer:native . But the tech is real now it will take more time before it’s known
